Account Deletion
Swad Sangam provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This section explains how account deletion works and what happens to your data after deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
The in-app Delete Account option is available to all staff roles:
manager, chef, cashier, and waiter.
Any logged-in user in these roles can request account deletion at any time.
Users can request account deletion through either method below:
- In-app: Profile tab → Delete Account
- Web request form on this page (no login required)
Submit Deletion Request
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account will be permanently deactivated and access to the app will be revoked.
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number) will be removed from our active systems.
- You will no longer be able to log in or access any data associated with your account.
Data Retention After Deletion
Certain data may be retained for legal and operational purposes:

Order & Transaction Data: Retained for up to 3 years for accounting, GST compliance, and audit requirements.

System Logs: May be retained temporarily for security and fraud prevention.
Note: Account deletion does not remove historical order or transaction records that are required for legal compliance.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days from the date of request.
Important Considerations
- Account deletion is irreversible.
- Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.
- Any pending operations or active sessions will be terminated.
